True partnership between man and women |
It requires a lot of effort and the necessary maturity to establish a relationship based on a true partnership:
We have to take the time to get to know our own as well as our partner’s expectations and desires and to develop a common code of behavior. Both partners have to be capable and willing to make changes and to work on the partnership. This also means the ability and willingness to talk openly about the relationship and to determine what needs to be changed. However, this is not possible without mutual acceptance and respect.
A true partnership between the sexes is possible only if both sides are willing to actively work at it. In this respect, both men and women have a lot of catching up to do. Independently of the general development, the responsibility for a partnership always resides with those who are directly participating.
Irena Raich is exploring the issues and opportunities of true partnership between man and woman in the 'New Reality' ahead of us.
Learnità, the gateway to the Knowledge-Economy, develops frameworks and transformation frameworks. In the attached document you can find the description how an interested organization can become a certified distributor of the Strategic Framework.
We will present Learnità next month.
