PAIR a New Technique for Creative Problem Solving |
Over fifteen years ago Mario Raich has developed a problem solving technique named PASCAL. This techniques was introduced and used in many languages in many countries worldwide. Based on this extensive experience a new technique was developed: PAIR.
This is a technique that can be used for many purposes. The main objective is: 'Action for Results'. It is turning dissatisfaction into desire for change; defining ideas for action and getting results from action plans.
This technique can be applied - alone or in groups - for problem solving, for the development and implementation of initiatives, for the creation of new enterprises, for the development and implementation of change initiatives etc. etc.
PAIR stands for:
P = Problem, Potential, Purpose
A = Awareness
I = Ideas
R = Results
You will find a short description of the PAIR technique and a generic workshop plan for the introduction of PAIR.
We are willing, ready and able to train qualified people as trainers for this technique.
