Xerendipity in search of creative solutions |
Complexity and uncertainty are governing our life in an increasing way. The globalization of the economy is one of the most spectacular phenomena in this respect.
All our concepts, models and policies have been developed when the world seemed to follow clear linear patterns. Now of a sudden we are confronted with contradictions and problems to understand and explain what is happening.
Based on an over 25 years long experience with creativity development and problem solving techniques at Learnità we have started to develop new more 'systemic' ways to search for creative ideas and solutions.
The outcome is Xerendipity a technique useful not only to tackle the complexity and uncertainty but able to deal with the overwhelming wealth of the information and knowledge of our time.
