Strategic Innovation: Reinventing the value creation.

A special workshopin Barcelona at ESADE, March 27-29.


It is a unique blend of academic expertise, know-how and corporate experience.


At this workshop we will use the value creation framework to look at the possibilities to reinvent the corporate value creation.


 


Objectives:



  • Understanding the value creation framework and the corporate innovation process

  • Applying the concepts to selected industries

  • Developing a first framework of reference about the possibilities for the reinvention of the corporate value creation. Using it for the development of a businesses case.
