The search for best talent in the digital economy is not easy. The best and brightest want to run their own business.
Most of the executive search companies are still in the industrial area.
If you are looking for talent in the IT environment or the digital economy, if you want to invest your talent in this areas, try it with an excellent niche player, who is way ahead of the pack: Inplace AG.
