In the New Economy people skills will be more valued for their creativity, their thinking skills, relationship management, networking skills and capabilities; which means that the 3rd
millennium could well be a women’s millennium.
Irena Raich, the Managing Director of Raich Ltd. has Ukrainian roots, but she is born and grown in Poland and has spend the majority of her life in Switzerland, has written an article about the role of the women’s in the 21st century.
She says that it is time to include the talents of the women into the development of the economy and the society. She claims that the “emancipation” should now be replaced by a true and genuine partnership between the genders.
There are some tough words for both genders in this article.
